YHC had the privilege to Q the re-opening of Blacktop in stage 2 mode. My original plan was to throw out a surprise but we didn’t have enough PAX so I audibled to a Dora and mixed up some running along with burpees.

Dora – 200 Merkins, 300 Plank Jacks, 400 Air presses – partner runs to different light pole for 5-burpees then run back and do the work.

6-minutes of mary -flutter kicks, box cutters, JLos, Crunchy frogs, LBCs, BBS

COT – Prayers for G-Strings grandmother who is recovering from Covid-19 and his cousin. LizardKings 2.0 getting tests done for possible CREST syndrome.

YHC enjoyed being out in the gloom with his fellow PAX. Looking forward to the day when all restrictions are lifted.
