Mosey past the baseball fields (just to throw PAX off) to Big Red/Burpee Mountain. One PAX chooses a exercise for rest of the PAX to do, while runner makes his way to the top, completes 3 Burpees, and runs back down. After each PAX completed Burpee Mountain YHC lead the group back toward the parking lot with 25 mins to go (really throwing PAX off). Its okay guys, YHC has a plan (and a dying headlamp). PAX did intervals, All you got (AYG) from bridge to parking lot, “slow and sexy” parking lot to bridge. 5K with some workout, nice work gents!
Pie Bar had YHC confused with all his abbreviations, couldn’t tell if he was taking about his dinner or the work out.

Geek and Gekko, played trail crew and made sure running PAX had a clear trail on the way back. The Limbo stick across the trail was short lived
