Warm-O-Rama

Ran to the courtyard of the high school for a quick warm- o-rama, we stated the (5) core principles, our mission, and the credo. 

To help show some new FNFs, The AO, we ran one lap around the top tier of the HS., performing 10 merkins at the bottom of each staircase. We held a moving plank while waiting for the 6th man to finish from there we moseyed to the wall of the HS by the “parking lot” From there we performed a raccoon wall-crawl and the end of the crawl performing (10) merkins. We then ran down to the band trailers in the “parking lot” to perform (10) merkins (20) big boys. Directly across from the band trailers to perform (10) merkins (20) big boys (30) squats. Then we sprinted back to the wall to repeat the set of exercises one more time.

With some time still on the clock, I decided to move the grass hill by the middle school, where we partnered up and ran a quick Dora. One partner ran to the top of the hill performing (1) merkins while the other partner held a plank and continued to rotate. This was a good burner at the end of a workout.

• We then hustled back to the shovel flags for COT&BOM.
  • FNG named Holy Water during COT because, during the COT, the FNG looked like he was going to get sick so he took some water from Jackalope, letting him baptize FNG, thus his name “Holy Water”.
