INTRO:

Looking at the weather last night, it looked like things were going to be back to normal with a 50% chance of storms this morning! With Quagmire HCing and getting other PAX on board, YHC was looking forward to this morning’s Q at the Safari

WARM-O-RAMA:

YCH arrived a little early and the PAX started rolling in. Duggar arrived earlier than normal and 5:15am arrived, but no Quagmire. We’ll keep an eye out as the PAX started the mosey. We moseyed around the upper parking lot, circled-up and did the following:

Imperial Walker – 10 IC

Good Mornings – 10 IC

Weed Pickers – 15 IC

Michael Phelps – OYO

THE THANG:

Where is Quagmire? We moseyed over the top of the stairs and YHC presented the white board. Time to go back to school and do the Billy Madison. Each grade represented an exercise and the PAX would do 12 reps of each, each round . The PAX would complete 1^st grade, run down the stairs and the long loop, returning to the start. Next, complete 1^st grade and then 2^nd grade, run the short loop, returning to the start. The PAX would try to graduate and get through the 12^th grade!

1^st Grade – Squats

2^nd Grade – Money Humpers

3^rd Grade – Lunges

4^th Grade – BBS

5^th Grade – Flutter Kicks

6^th Grade – LBCs

7th Grade – American Hammers

8^th Grade – Merkins

9^th Grade – Werkins

10^th Grade – Carolina Dry Docks

11^th Grade – Burpees

12^th Grade – SSHs

All the PAX pushed through with Doubtfire and Gonzo almost graduating. Doubtfire dropped out at the 10^th grade, I believe, and Gonzo got the furthest, finishing at the 11^th grade. Most PAX made it to the 10^th, but could not get past in the time allotted!

With no time on the clock, we moseyed back the flag  (or where it would be)!

CIRCLE OF TRUST:

 Doubtfire reminded everyone on the Spartan events this weekend. We asked for prayers for our families as we all deal with the Covid-19, keeping everyone healthy. Prayers for our first responders, those on the front lines, and our leaders. Prayers for those unspoken requests.

NAKED-MOLE SKIN:

Great time this morning and enjoyed seeing everyone. It was good seeing Orvis and Harp since it has been pre-Shelter in Place since YHC has seen them. Harp was sporting a sweet new quarantine hair doo and beard! Doubtfire and Gonzo (Duggar’s 2.0) killed it. I want to grow up and be like them one day! Duggar seems to have done away with the pajamas. Will they make a return? Dory pushed it, as he always does and said the knee has been feeling better. Wingman has definitely gotten stronger since earlier in the year. Must be all that weight he has lost! Quagmire, YHC will not give him too much grief! He has gotten enough of it on Slack. Enjoyed it fellows! Until next time…Rest Stop out!
