We had a stellar showing for the Back to School Beatdown!
Five periods, well four, of high intensity exercises targeting legs and core. Burpees were called out at random in sets of ten for “Detention!” Recess allowed for a lap around the venue between every class.
The CoT included prayer and a reminder from Galatians 2:20, to find our identities in Christ alone, not in our jobs or even our families.
