Complete an Exercise 12 reps per grade.  After Each Grade graduate and run lap around upper parking lot, approx 1/4 mile.  Each Grade is cumulative ( Exercise are an escalator ) 2grade is both 1st & 2nd. and so on

1st grade — SSH

2nd grade — LBC

3rd Grade Over head Claps

4th grade Mountain Climbers x 2

5th Grade Big boy sit ups

Pick up 6

6th grade Mike Tysons

7th grade Bonnie Blairs x 2

8th grade American Hammers x 4

Pick Up 6

Freshman — Burpees

Sophomore — Showtime Burpees

Junior Year — Rugburn Burpees

Senior Year — Merkins

YHC made it to sophomore year and did xtra credit for GED.  A few gazelles got close.  Need to modify so it can be done in 45 minutes. Both exercises and length of the run
