Warm-o-rama.  SSH, imperial walkers, weedpickers, tumbleweeds, sun gods, Michael Phelps.

The Thang.  Started with the “Private Suber” (based on something my dad told me about Marine Corp Basic): phantom chair on the wall for the length of the Marine Corp Hymn.  Viceroy said YHC’s knees weren’t 90 degrees but I’m not sure how well he sees.  Then ran around the building to the start point of the Dora: one PAX starts the exercises – 50 Merkins, 100 LBCs, 150 Bobby Hurleys, 200 SSH – while the other starts running.  Half way through the run 25 yard sprint + 1 burpee.  Then 5 min of Mary.  Everyone agreed the playlist was amazing.
