I had a very simple BD set up to go but had a bad feeling that a ton of people were going to show up. Therefore we did a super long mosey in order to split the Pax between the Gazelles and the Clydesdales. We ended at the stairs and started the BD. With some super quick instruction, Homeboy took the Gazelles (Group 1) and I took the Clydesdales (Group 2). Group 1 went up the stairs, using any method they wanted, ie, every step, every other step, or even crawl bears. (Yes I said crawl bears……up the stairs. They have Garf to thank for calling that one.). I took Group 2 for a hot lap. Then we switched, this went on for the entire BD before we did 10 burpees and hustled back for some Mary. Group 1 got in 3.7 miles! Group 2 did 2.7!
