The Thang:
- Bar workout(36lbs.) consisting of 4 exercises: Curl, Overhead press, Reverse curl, High pull(upright row). Dora with partner and partner ran loop of the stairs while other performed exercise.
- 1 round Tabata (4min): “Bring sally up” exercise was a squat with bar.
- Rifle carry up and down the steps.
