Warm-a-rama:

Started with a mosey around the parking lot and warmed up with 47 side straddle hops, sun-gods, Michael Phelps, weed pickers, tumble weeds.  YHC turned 47 today, hence the 47 side straddle hops on the start.  There was some mumble chatter as we started with 47 side straddle hops, but the Pax gave YHC a pass as they learned it was  BD-Q.

The Thing

We started with 10 minutes of running sprint intervals.  Sprint for ~50 yards, 10 merkins, mosey/walk for ~50 yards, then repeat with Sprints, merkins, mosey, repeat, repeat.  Mumble chatter started up around the 10^th sprint, fearing we had 47 sprints ahead given the BD count we started with.  They were grateful we moved on later.

Forming 2 lines, the Pax did an Indian Run to the lower parking lot with a Dora, paired in Two’s.  A few of the stallion Pax completed the Dora before we moved on to the final phase of the beat down.

• 200 carolina dry docks
• 200 american hammers

With about 10 minutes left, the Pax returned to the Flag in India Run cadence to close out with a round of Mary.  30 American Hammers, 30 Flutter Kics, 30 Crunches, and Box Cutters until 5:45.

• As the 6-man, Cats shared his background that brought him to F3 and asked for prayers over his marriage.
• Hurley asked for prayers for his nephew, Jackson, who is struggling with COVID.
• Prayers for Panhandle’s sister.
• Prayers for Squirtel during his move and some emotional hurdles he is working through.
