The Thang:

Two Spell-oh-rama rounds in honor of school starting (Merkins/American Hammers)

11’s

• Merkins/Squats, method of travel was 50% bear crawl and 50% running. Total bear crawl distance covered was over 500yards
• Star Jumps/Dry Docks, method of travel was 50% karaoke and 50% running

Finished up with some Mary at the flag including a Merkin wave and squat wave.
