The Thang:

Warmed up with some Sun Gods, Michael Phelps and Weedpickers until Nano and P-Body came flying in on two wheels.

Mosied about a quarter mile to where we did the first Sally Up (squats). Rucked on from there stopping twice more for curls (done on ‘thunder’ every occurrence in Thunderstruck) and overhead presses (done on ‘chainsaw’ every occurrence in Chainsaw). Once back at the gazebo we performed another Sally Up, this time with leg lifts to the tune of Sally Up.

I tried to break the “respect the clock ” rule to finish the song but a mutiny occured (lead by the Site Q) so we regrouped for COT.

COT:  Prayers for those struggling with illnesses, job loss, and the loss of loved ones.

Chops reminded us why he keeps changing the AO description back to ‘moderate’ (apparently someone has changed it, multiple times ????).

On a high note Hustler entertained us with the official dance for the Chainsaw song.  ????
