Warm-up:

We ran around the high school pointing our spots to be used later and made it back to the parking lot to do IC Weed Pickers & Imperial Walkers

The Thang:

We started with 4 corners around the school with 10 burpees, 20 merkins, 30 Monkey Humpers, & 40 Big Boy Sit-ups

Next we knocked out a version of a Cooper around the loop in front of the school with sequentially larger loops.  The 1st loop was to the 1st cross walk, 2nd loop was to the 2nd cross walk, and the 3rd loop was all the way around the parking lot like men and not stopping at the damn light pole in the island.  As we did our Cooper, we had an Aquaman join the PAX because Fudd’s Q at the League apparently sucked, but he didn’t fail at stealing a flag so I guess it was better than his THL Q on Monday.

We finished up and went back to the still planted flag and did a little Mary until it was Lawdogs turn and we decided it was time to call it.

Dory’s son has a leg issue that they are trying to figure out

Lawdog’s Grandfather (who is clearly of superior genetics) is having a heart procedure

Aquaman’s dad is having an eye procedure, hopefully he saw that coming. Not sorry
