The BackBlast:

Intro:

Finally some great weather, no rain and 59 degrees, made a great day for a beat down.  Yukon Cornelius was down rage and the fart sack won with others.  Luckily I got my first rucksack delivered yesterday, so I turned it into an opportunity to break it in.

Warm-o-Rama:

Headed down to the lower field and jumped right in.

The Thang:

Continuous laps around the field with rucksack broken up with exercises, primarily merkins, dips and JLos, a personal favorite.

Naked Man Moleskin:

Today provided a great opportunity to scout out the AO, got a lot of ideas for future beatdowns, we have a lot to offer.
