Started out quick side straddle hop warm-up then ran pink loop to base of big blue. Everyone got a partner and each partner ran up big blue 5x while the other partner did burpees, big boys, SSH, merkins then flutter kicks. Mickey went down with ankle and The Mole and the Ruckers helped him back to start. Half the group got a 6th big blue in as we ran back to finish 90 seconds late.
