• Blimps. Start with 5 burpees and run to next Parking lot line and perform next letter of blimp. Bear crawl one parking spot back and run rest of the way back to start for each letter.

  • 20 merkins
  • 25 plank jacks
  • 30 squats

10 count to rest. Mosey back with 10 squat jumps  and 30 lbcs for tests along the way.
