Warm-up

Moseyed around the church and warmed up with 11 side straddle hops, 5 weed pickers, 10 imperial walkers, 5 more weed pickers, and 11 merkins

The thang

Starting at the bottom of the left entrance which forms a nice little hill we did 25 Bonnie Blairs and then took a coupon and murder bunnied up the hill where we did 25 blockees / man makers. Rifle carried the coupon back down the hill and then ran to the end of the pine island where we did 25 big boy sit-ups. Subtract 5 from each set and repeated the loop until we got to 0. Several coupons were broken during this beat down. Including Rocket man’s while he was lecturing his brother for breaking a second coupon.

COT

We counted off, name-o-ramad, and announced the 2nd F event on Monday night. We ended by praying for a friend of YHC’s who is training new skills to get a better paying job next year and for all of the PAX to actively look for ways to improve the lives of people God has put them near.
