Of course with YHC Qing that means good ole blocks! So here is Block work #2!

Partner 1 does the exercise while Partner 2 does a lap around the farthest car and switch when they get back.

The trick with this one are the reps are not added together each one has to get the reps in themselves

not sure if everyone finished their squats but for the last 5 minutes split into 2 teams of 7 and have a little compitition

start at the island and farmers carry to the light post, do 5 incline merkins and farmers carry back to the next teammate

losing team of this competition does 5 burpees! Seems this was a good time foreveryone to give motivation to team mates !
