Warmarama:

-Part 1:  SSH’s, weedpickers, tumbleweeds, michael phelps, sun gods

-Part 2:  line up on parking space, and bear crawl to next space and do 1 Carolina dry dock, bear crawl to next space and do 2 Carolina dry docks.  Rinse and repeat up to 10 of dry docks

The Thang:

-Part 1:  11’s on the baseball field with cinder blocks (curls on 1 side, triceps extension on the other; mode of transportation was murder bunnies and rifle carries)

-Part 2:  Divided up into teams.  Each team had a member farmer carry 2 cinder blocks around the bases while the other team members completed ab workouts per each base

-Part 3:  Sandbag throw races.  Each team had to throw a 40lb sandbag and carry a 120lb sandbag from home page to the outfield fence.  Losing team did burpees

-Part 4:  7’s (getups on 1 side, squats on the other; mode of transportation was lunges)

COT and NMM:

-Always a pleasure to lead this group.  Prayed for Pookie and 2.0’s doctor visit.  Prayed for each man’s personal struggles.
