-Some ran.  Some run-rucked.  All had a good time!

-The route:

• take a lap around the gravel track
• at the start, go onto the primary trail and take it up to Devil’s church
• past Devil’s church, the gazelles can continue forward onto other trails (time permitting)
• the turtles will likely turn around at Devil’s church and head back

-COT:   Just face it, the Redline coffeteria is good.  Usually the PAX have time to sit around and bull crap for a while on life.  This is definitely an awesome thing to grow some bonds, learn some more about your fellow PAX, and just chill.  This could be the best coffeteria in F3 Cherokee!

-NMM:  Running sucks.  Running more frequently makes it suck a bit less.  Running with some good dudes makes the it actually ok.
