Mosey to the stage in between each set; 7 Star Jumbs and Lunge back.

Baseball – teams of 4

1B – Flutter Kicks AMRAP, 2B – Merkins AMRAP, 3B – BB AMRAP and Home 7 Burpees.

Pax advance to next base when teammate at home completes Burpees; Mosey to each base, except BC or Lunge from 3rd to Home.

Circle of Pain to the sounds of Johnny Cash, Ring of Fire

Dealt an F3 card to each Pax; Each Pax would turn over a card and we would perform 21 reps of the exercise. Unintendedly, almost every card was some form of a Merkin – Wide, Diamond, etc..
