Short mosey to corner of parking lot to warm up and see if any stragglers show up. Ran through the normal set to get loose. Okay, got that out of the way lets head to the back.

The Thang

Out back behind the school there was a map, a tire, and a  few heavy objects. A short explanation how to navigate the map. Pax can choose whatever path they want with the simple rule that when you start back at the top you have to take a different path each time.  Of course, all roads lead to BURPEES!!

Prayed for Hombre  family, Legionnaire’s sister, and Pella’s cousin and grandmother. During COT Ghandi asked how everyone has been doing spiritually and that is an important question we all need to ask ourselves.  We are all having to deal with a lot…take advantage of all F3 has to offer.  Reach out to your shield lock group, a brother PAX you have chatted with during a beatdown, or consider joining one of the 3rd F groups…you wont regret it.
