FIRST AND FOREMOST: Spicoli is not on the above list   We had 9 guys!

It was a pleasure for me to see that no one had signed up to Q-ew, and since I had a variety of pre-packaged ideas for days such as these, I pulled one of the shelf and it tasted fairly good, especially since Drumstick and Garf were there.

At 5:30 mosey you the donut circle for some warm up calisthenics then went into the woods , down the hill, out to the power lines, over a “crik” , up a hill and down a hill and over another “crik” and to the field at the bottom of the yellow.

From here we did 5 rounds of a small loop plus 10 T-bone Merkins.  When done with the loops and Merkins wait for the 6 (it wasn’t me because – well – just because!) whole performing AMRAP 10 squats and 10 BBSUs.  Spicoli had perfect form!

Once all completed, run up yellow to the pull up bars for 5 rounds of 5 pull ups and 10 toe tapper Merkins.  For the fast ones, same AMRAPs as before.

After that, up to the parking lot for unending 40 yard dash competition.  Divided into two groups. We did continual first 2 Winners vs Winners of each heat for about 10 sprints.  Then out away from the parking lot and completed 1 last Sprint approx 83 yards “exactly” which rumors state that LawDog won!
