The Thang:

PAX mosey to courtyard of high-school.  Performed 3 sets of Bruce Lee which included 20 reps each of the following: American Hammers, LBCs, Cruncy Frogs, Heel Touches, Leg Raises and 100s.  As for 3 rounds PAX mosey up to Football field where we were met with some Harley Quinn’s.   PAX started at goal line, ran to the 10 yard line and performed 10 E2Ks then ran back to goal line.  PAX then ran to 20 and performed 20 merkins then ran back to goal line. We continued to perform E2Ks and merkins counting up to the 50nyard line then back down again to the goal line.
