We started with a rare Warmarama that included ruck off PT. (High pulls, ruck swings, ruck overhead press and ruck curls).  Sticking with the theme of bring back things of the past it was time for buckets of fun to make an appearance. The task was to move the buckets and sandbag from the far side of the Amphitheater up on stage to the back wall of the stage, Then reverse course with the buckets up and over the walls to the top platform. It was so fun we did it twice. With the PT out of the way it was time for a ruck down Towne lake parkway. We dropped down on the Trail at Stone Bridge Pkwy and used it for our return into downtown.
