The THANG

4 Corners for the Six:

• Corner 1: 10 Merkins, Sprint to next corner
• Corner 2: Merkins till the 6 is in, 20 Squats, Crab Walk to next corner
• Corner 3: Squats till the 6 is in, 30 Big Boy Situps, Sprint backwards to next corner
• Corner 4: Big Boy Sit Ups till the 6 is in, 40 Flutter Kicks Kodiak Count, Bear Crawl to next corner.

*On round 2, slight modification to avoid the stench of the sewer truck!

*On round 3, took the PAX through the neighborhood to do 20 Ring Humpers. It’s just what you think it is! Then proceeded to find other “corners” to complete round 3 and return to the Clinic.

Spent many mornings at the Clinic! Love the place. Love the dudes there! Was so great to see Matchstick back out there! Pretty convinced he called in the order for the sewage truck to be sucking the s**t from the street while we worked out down there. Nostril hairs were burned! Cuss words thrown like teenagers. It was the most wretched experience.

Simple isn’t easy!
