After surviving (barely) a 100 EMOM burpee extravaganza at Geek Squad’s 2nd anniversary Q, YHC couldn’t help but wonder what it would be like to lighten things up just the tiniest bit and do 100 burpees in reps of 5 instead of 10, and sprinkle it throughout the beat down. And so we did!
YHC + PAX worked our way around the campus, performing 5 burpees at every light pole. We wound up at the bottom of Grapes of Wrath hill, whereupon we changed gears for a bit and did 11s: BBS at the bottom + Star jumps at the top. From there we went up to the roundabout and each man took up position and held a squat at one of the 4 corners. YHC then bear crawled to the next PAX and tagged him out, sending him to bear crawl to the next PAX. We continued this until all PAX had bear crawled. Running short on time we moseyed to the flag just in time to complete our final 5 burpees for the 100 count.

YHC encouraged the pax to remember 1 Thessalonians 5:17, “Pray continually.”
We praised the Lord for this morning and our ability to share it as well as other praises and prayer requests.
