The Thang

We started with an Indian Run to the fire Station and back to amphitheater.

Lined up at the bottom of the hill and performed 11’s.

Jump Squats at the bottom, bear crawl to the top, and Myke Tyson’s at the top.

After 11’s were done, PAX formed groups of 3 to perform Merkins (x200) and BBS (x200) Dora style.

Since there was still time, we lined up and proceeded to perform mountain climbers and burpees immediately followed by sprints. This was repeated three times until we ran out of time!!!
