Warm-up:

Run around for a little while then circle up for some IC exercises

The Thang:

We started off with the bus lanes doing the parking number of merkins after the run and 10 squats each time at the starting point.

We followed that up with a team game of war, High card wins.  Winners ran to the light pole and back, losers did the winning number of a specified exercise. (Ace of Hearts – 15 merkins).  If we tied both teams did the exercises AND ran.
