Another great edition of Radio Silence…We had one FNG at the beginning of the mosey.  A short mosey and airchair for the six.  We circle up for my very weak delivery of the core principles…blah…blah…blah…  We do a few random exercises and move to another parking lot.  Another FNG came in hot, a PAX ran over and got him with the group…and another weak delivery of core principles…blah…blah…blah…

My original plan was high intensity hill repeats with burpee galore, seeing two FNG’s, and knowing Hustler and Biebs want them to return next week, an audible was called.  Pretty simple stuff…partner up…100 merkins, 200 squats, 300 LBC’s, 400 overhead presses.  Partner runs to the light post across the parking lot, returns and picks up where the other partner was.  Next was a short mosey for some 11’s.  Start with 1 merkin then 10 SSH’s.  Completed that and finished up with 4.30 of mary.
