pull up negatives. Each pax was given a number from 10 to 1. All pax started at same time in top position of pull up. As each individual called out their number of the 10 count the pax lowered slightly. Pax had to call out numbers in order but could hold their count for as long as they wanted. For some of the pax ( lamb chop and Saluki) the 10 count concept ended up being the most challenging part of the BD.

Jog at 70% pace down 2 light poles. Backtrack one light pole at 30% pace. Rinse and repeat to back gate then jog back to flag.
