Started with small warm up, mosey-ed through Crestmont stopping at each intersection for a exercise (burpee, merkin, imperial walker,mountain climber)- on the way to Boondock’s house for coupons to carry up ‘big hill’back to starting point.  Some timed up the way up the big hill.  Back at parking lot for 5 gal water carries while partner lounged, demonstrating we are never alone when carrying our burdens, while other PAX, jumped rope  and did big boy sit ups.
