It was cold, but for only a couple of minutes! We made fun of each other, pushed each other, looked out for each other, and helped each other. Typical F3 morning in the gloom!

Did a long mosey to get the blood flowing on a cool morning. Started at the bottom of the school driveway and did suicides, with the right side light poles as the markers. At each, we did 15 Mountain climbers (Kodiak Count).

Next, we moseyed to the school parking lot and did 7 of diamonds (4 cones spread throughout the AO) with the following exercises:

7 Burpees at each cone

14 BBS

21 Merkins

28 Squats

28 LBCs
