YHC has been seeing other F3 Chapters doing “Decathlons” as of late – so it was time to try our paw at it.

Warmo: Short mosey to middle of grassy field: SSH’s; Seal Jacks; Weed Pickers; Imperial Walkers; Air Presses; Sun Gods; Phelps; Merkins; Copperhead Squats

The Thang: Perform the following Decathlon as fast as possible, or get as far as you can:

• 1/4 mile run
• 100 merkins followed by 1/4 mile run
• 50 pull ups followed by 1/4 mile run
• Cat crawl through entire Kitty Box (three beach volleyball courts) and back
• 1 mile run
• 100 squats followed by 1/4 mile run
• 100 SSH’s followed by 1/4 mile run
• Bernie Sanders across big field and back
• 100 BBS followed by 1/4 mile run
• 50 Burpees

COT: Pretty quiet bunch this morning – all the cool cats were pretty smoked. No announcements. Thanks and praise to Sky Q

Naked Man Moleskin: This was a pretty tough one. I believe three of us ultimately finished. A few others came close. All got a great workout! As Sega said – Cat Box 4 Life!
