Warm up: Mosey to Bball courts. SSH, Copperhead Squats, Imperial Walkers, Weed Pickers (YAY!)

The thang:

Part 1 – 11’s on the hill. Merkins at the bottom, squats at the top. Hold plank for 6

Part 2 – Mosey to parking lot for some Fris-bears. QIC noted that Frisbee throwing is apparently not a varsity day skill. Lack of talent catching the poorly thrown flying disc resulted in much bear crawling

Part 3 – Building BOMBS. Elevator exercise following below sequence with a lap around the parking lot in between. PAX asked “around the first island, or the second island?” Quote of the day from PB “Ask a stupid question, get a stupid answer” – we did “The Big Lap”

• Merkins (15)
• Big Boys (20)
• Squats

Goal was three rounds. After 2 full rounds himself, QIC noted the PAX was pretty smoked with a little less than 10 minutes remaining.

Part 4 – Shield lock run. Split PAX into two groups. Group 1 runs ahead, with arms interlocked. Group 2 gives a head start, and then runs behind to catch them. Once caught, groups switch. Ran back to pavilion

2 minutes of Mary, and a COT. Ice T gave thanks to all the F3 Pax for pulling him out of the sad clown card, and into the F3 brotherhood. 3 new FNG’s were named – Griswold and his son Rusty (on the last leg of a cross-country road trip). And in the most dramatic FNG naming ceremony yet, “Beast Mode” was christened. The first FNG in recent history to keep pace with RugBurn and PB on his maiden voyage into the gloom.

Notably absent was Backdraft. Per Fleetwood, doctor’s note will be required to avoid an unexcused absence on his record.
