Sega kicked us off taking the warm up.

Then Sega made us work and put us in groups of 3.
1 ran
1 mike tysons
1 SEAL Burpees

Pie Bar took the next round and led us to the CatBox where we did 11s with pull ups and Big Boys on the side walk

Backdraft then took us on a run to tour the area around the Catbox, we stopped near the gym and did 10 regular pushups, 10 wide, 10 diamond.  Next by the tennis courts we did 15 Big Boys and finally by the townhouses we did Mike Tysons. Then ran back to the field for a game of Speedball.
