We did a variation on the Chad 1000X Veterans Day workout. Cookies wore his firefighter suit, which was super cool. The rest of the PAX had on weighted rucks. Here’s what we did:

Round 1: 100 step-ups and 18 incline merkins

Round 2: 100 step-ups, ruck flutterkicks IC, and 20 overhead press with ruck

Round 3: 100 step-ups and 18 incline merkins

Round 4: 100 step-ups, ruck flutterkicks IC, and 20 overhead press with ruck

Round 5: 100 step-ups and 18 incline merkins

Round 6: 50 step-ups and mosey back to the flag to finish with a round of Mary
