21s. First round some didn’t stop, so quick mosey to the hill by Arnold Mill for some burpees. Second round we all stopped on time.
The thang:
The Thang:
Nolan Richardson led the Arkansas Razorbacks to the 1994 NCAA title, beating Duke 76-72. Richardson’s team was known for it’s relentless defense, which was coined “40 minutes of hell.” Anyone that beats Duke is ok in my book.
- Burpees x 150

Partner up. One pax did the exercise while the other backpedaled across the field in from of the amphitheater, did a Bobby Hurley, and ran back.
YHC thought this would take at least 40 minutes, but the men of the clinic are studs and finished around 38.
Went to the stage for 6 MOM. Sgt slaughter did some stupid fun thing where you jogged in place, dropped and did merkins then did some flutter, all on his command and in random order.
