Started the Warm-o-rama off with some Navy Seal Burpees which were immediately met with jeers as the Pax of the Chatterbox are set in their ways when it comes to warming up.

Kept up the unpleasantries as YHC brought some reinvigoration to the BD with 3 rounds of Route 66 performed on the 1/3 mile track around the field. 1 lap merkins, 1 lap copperhead squats, 1 lap 4ct Freddie Mercurys

2 rounds of quarters pounders, 1 rd with a coupon and 1 rd without. 3 of the Pax took it upon themselves to bring some extra coupons from the other end of the park without instruction and proceeded to miss 15 minutes of the BD in which some speculated they started coffeteria early, while others assumed they were merely hiding amongst the trees…watching their fellow Pax continue to work in the brisk Saturday morning.  They conveniently found themselves back in time to miss the entirety of the first quarter pounder.

Nonetheless, we finished with a brief round of Mary, lost Curveball to the bitter cold, preyed from Chubb’s new job and father, Gaylord’s father, and that we all continue to strive to be better men.  All in all, the consensus seemed to be that this was 50% to 100% better than whatever hack job was performed in the prior week…no comment
