3 years ago, I committed to a workout at the blacktop. After being harassed by Brain Fart, Smurfette, Manning, and finally Spock for ~2 years I gave in. It was one of the best decisions I have made in my short time here on earth.

I was the epitome of a sad clown. I went to work, had work friends that I never saw outside of those walls. A wife I wasn’t serving, and kids that didn’t have an engaged father.

after joining F3 things didn’t change immediately, but I did start to see a difference. I started walking alongside men that pushed me physically, emotionally, and encouraged near and from afar.

I had moved 5 times in about 5 years never having a community of people that I can call on for help, reassurance, and support. It all changed on that hot morning that Scamper lead a horrific but satisfying BD.

I appreciate F3, what is has done, what it is doing, and what it can be for others in the future.

find a guy to put your arm around, and just love on them, encourage them and get them out. You never know what hangs in the balance. Get after it men.
