Was running out of time so modified the numbers down

Picked up the six after every workout and most of the runs. A couple times we held a plank or a squat while waiting on the six. Everyone did an additional 40 LBCs in cadence with the 6 man.

Returned to the flag with over 2 miles in and finished with some @Wax-on stretching.

Plus 8’s 2.0s Kragle and Fritz were present.
