This is an ascender so we did 95 Chinook Squats, 76 Outlaws, 57 V-Ups, 38 Imp Walker Squats and 19 Double Shots.

Only Peabody (who’s name is not in the @ thing above — PEABODY!) got them all done including the last lap! WTG Peabody!

At 6am, we moved to the field where the Black Shirts destroyed the Skins in both Speed Ball and Ultimate. It was sad. But fun.
