I arrived 2 minutes before 5:30am because my alarm did not go off and I only woke up because my son was crying.

After a short mosey we got to work.

We partnered up and headed to the playground.

20 min AMRAP – Alternate with partner with each exercise

10 Pullups (Lat pulls on swings since we didn’t have bars)

20 Merkins

30 Squats

After our 20 minutes were up we did some 11s with Dips and Burpee Box Jumps

10 Burpee Box Jumps

1 Dip …… so on until you finish with 1 Burpee Box Jump and 10 Dips

At 6:10 we did 5 minutes of Mary at the flag before time was up.

COT: Surf N Turf was the 6th man and shared a strong testimony.  Test Tube asked for his money for the 100th time from Icy Hot.
