INTRO:

With a little chill in the air, it was time to start the week off right!

WARM-O-RAMA:

We did a long mosey to pick up Duggar, we ran out past the playground and the loop by, circled-up, and did the following:

Good Mornings – 10 IC

Imperial Walkers – 11 IC

Weed Pickers – 10 IC

Sun Gods  – 10 IC

THE THANG:

We moseyed to the loop where YHC arrived a little earlier and set-up the whiteboard, with a Salute to the Class of 2020 that got screwed out of their normal graduation, last sporting events, prom, etc.. On the board was the 20 following exercises:

  1. Merkins
  2. No Surrenders
  3. Diamond Merkins
  4. SSHs
  5. BBS Plank Jacks
  6. LBCs Jump Squats
  7. Hand Release Merkins
  8. Lunges (Rubicon)
  9. Bench Dips
  10. Carolina Dry Docks
  11. Squats
  12. Wide Merkins
  13. Monkey Humpers
  14. Mountain Climbers (Kodiak)
  15. Plank Jacks
  16. Jump Squats
  17. Shoulder Taps (Kodiak)
  18. Leg Raises
  19. Prisoner Squats
  20. Burpees

We did 20 reps of each exercise and ran the loop after each. We did not escalate or combine the exercise. Most PAX got close to finished, but Misty was the only one to knock all the exercises out and finish with the lap! #BeastMode

We did the short mosey back to the flag right at 6:15am

CIRCLE OF TRUST:

 We discussed upcoming events. We also asked for a number of PAX with family and friends having heart procedures and our very own Misty going to have a check-up on his heart as well. Found out today all went well!! He is just too fit!

NAKED-MOLE SKIN:

As always, great time this morning with the glow from the moon shining down on THL. Everyone pushed their way through the exercises and got in many miles! Rest Stop out!
