Intro:

Bet ya’ll thought I forgot about the backblast! Well, I did and then I remembered. Better late than never and this was a good one. We also had 3 of the 2.0s present (Gumball, Lil’ Smack, and Weasley)

The Thang:

Moseyed up the street since the sidewalk is under construction and around to the top of the park and back down the stairs. Ran up to the stage and circled up for

15x SSH
10x Weed Pickers
OYO Sun Gods (frontwards and backwards)
OYO Michael Phelps

Partnered up! 1 partner does the exercise while the other jumps off the stage and runs to the wall by the stairs (PAX could use the stairs if they didn’t want to jump off the stage). The other partner performed:

50 Burpees
100 Overhead Arm Claps
150 Merkins
200 Big Boys
250 Squats

Finished up with just enough time to do 5 minutes of Mary where we popcorned the exercises around until it was time. What a great morning!
