The Thang:
Half Murph or abbreviated Murph : ran two laps on track (.66 miles), 50 pull-ups (5 x 10), 100 merkins (10 x 10), 150 squats (15 x 10), run two more laps.
Mosey to Tennis courts for two rounds of crawl, walk, run, skip. Across two tennis courts bear crawl and crawl bear back, lung walk out and back, sprint out and reverse run back, mario bro skip out and back.
ROF on courts: hold superman pose while one PAX at a time does 5 punches or if your Stankee you do super eye gouge, round two still hold same pose while one PAX at a time does reverse angel.
Mosey back to exercise equipment for 6 minutes of Mary called by different PAX: twisted mountain climbers (Trill), diamond merkins (Jackalope), Flutter kicks (Stankee), American Hammers or Russian twist dependent on your heritage (Scarlett), Big boi sit-ups (Tonka), Reverse LBC (Trill)

-With the small group YHC saw an opportunity for some Murph training, worked out really well (pull ups hard)
-crawl, walk, run, skip is intense especially when you double it, by second round we were sweating.
