Warm-o-Rama – SSH, Weed Pickers, Windmills, Imperial Walkers

We paired up – Partner number one ran 50 yards, then did backpedals back, while Partner two exercised. The pair was tasked with getting through the following regime between them:

100 Burpees

300 Squats

150 Big Boy Sit-ups

300 Little Boy Arm Circles

150 Merkins

300 Imperial Walkers

Pax then circled up for Six Minutes of Mary, followed by COT. A great time was had by all.

Snot Rocket said that when you look at a whiteboard that starts you off at 100 burpees, you’re thinking, “Is this guy crazy?” You need to set the tone, right?
