YHC took the Q for the official launch of The Colosseum, that also turned into a convergence with The Forge and The Clinic late in the game.  Thanks to @Brady Bunch and @BoSox for bringing along a few extra coupons to make sure all PAX got their fair share of work in.

Warm-o-rama:

Short mosey over to an area large enough for a 37 man circle:

• SSH’s
• Sun Gods forward (in cadence)
• Sun Gods backward (in cadence)
• Viking Claps

Note: All PAX seemed to feel that going forward, Sun Gods should always be done in cadence and couldn’t believe this was not already standard practice.

The Thang:

All PAX grabbed a coupon to take on their journey around the First Baptist Church Woodstock campus.  Starting at a trolley stop (yes – the campus is big enough that there are trolley stops in the parking lot), all PAX completed 20 reps of three exercises.  Once complete, coupons were rifle carried to the next stop.  Rinse and Repeat through all 5 stops (a little over 1/2 mile).  Once the PAX returned to the starting point, they knocked out 4×4’s until the 6 came in.

Once the 6 was in, all PAX returned their coupons to the back of the trucks they rode in on (at this point there was an attempted mutiny to move immediately into Mary – but YHC herded the cats back to the starting point).  All PAX proceeded to make one loop of a parking lot section via walking lunges.  Then we huddled up for 6 minutes of Mary (and the inevitable discourse around what should be allowed in Mary and what shouldn’t be…).

Special thanks to our brothers from The Clinic and The Forge (and the Nantan, himself) who came out to support our official launch.  The convergence really raised the energy!
