1 dip= 1 point arms to 90 degrees

1 Leg throw=1 point

Can only do one exercise before going to board to document points.

Can’t do the same exercise back to back.

You and your partner must run a combined five laps. Distribution of the laps does not matter as long as one lap is run by each partner.
