The Thang:
Divide into teams of 2. Stations are set up hidden around the high school, middle school and beyond. Teams run around searching for stations using a map they are provided. Each station has a workout to be completed by the team together. The goal is to get to all the stations. At 6:10 all teams were to come back to the flag. If all stations have been found, teams would return to the flag and roll the exercise dice.

- 50 Monkey humpers
- 25 Bobby Hurleys
- 50 Calf raises
- 20 Big Boys
- 20 Box jumps
- 50 Flutter kicks
- 25 Imperial squatters
- 25 Bonnie Blair’s
- 30 Step ups
- 30 Dips
- 20 Burpees
The most any teams found was 7 checkpoints. Ended with the dice of good fortune (pain and suffering). Props to the teams who made it all the way to the furthest checkpoint and got the surprise of burpees.
COT Happened, Mumble chatter was on point, the 2.0s had a merkin challenge and arm wrestling match.
